Procedure of Recruitment

Our services and procedure of recruitment is as follows:

Advertising:

Jobs are advertised in popular dailies providing opportunities to the interested persons to know our Principal’s requirements.

Personal Data:

Our prescribed application forms are filled by the candidates furnishing details bio-data including educational qualification, experiences etc.

Interview:

We conduct preliminary interviews, formulate detailed recommendations on the professional competency, experience, physical and mental fitness of all candidates.

Trade Test:

Trade tests are held to evaluate the capabilities of the candidates. These tests strictly confirm to international standards.

Final Selection:

If directed, the final selection can be made by us as per the guidelines provided by the principals or by the team of experts visiting for recruitment representing or comprising the principals.

Medical Test:

Each prospective employee under goes a strict medical examination including complete physical. Specific tests are also arranged as and when requires

Visa Processing:

After final selection, visa processing takes at least two weeks.

Air Booking:

Travel division handles booking as required by the Principal to the place of destined duty.
